At Strong Brothers Movers we work hard to provide a smooth relocation, but unfortunately, loss or damage can occur. We work directly with you when lthis happens to come to a quick and fair resolution.

In the event of loss or damage, the claims process begins after receiving full payment.

Only one claims form may be submitted per move, so we recommend inspecting and unpacking all items before starting the process.

You must file a claim within 30 days after delivery, but the sooner you get the claims process in motion after your move, the better we will be able to resolve the claim quickly.

After you submit the claims form below, our team immediately gets to work gathering the information necessary to make a decision. After making a decision, Strong Brothers Movers will contact you to discuss the resolution within five business days regarding your claim and you can expect a resolution to be complete within 30 days.
